Accounts and authority
Use accurate account information and protect your credentials. Access only accounts, workspaces and connected systems you are authorized to use. When acting for an organization, make sure you have permission to share its content and request the action.
Content and connected actions
Provide only materials you are entitled to use and the information needed for the task. A connected app or plugin can operate within the functions and permissions made available to it; a conversation does not grant authority over another system. Review the details of an action before confirming it.
AI output and service limits
AI-generated answers, summaries and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important facts and proposed changes before relying on them. Available functions depend on the service, connection and account configuration; successful chat output alone does not prove that an external record was changed.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, circumvent permissions or interfere with other users or systems.
- Do not submit unlawful materials or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not expose passwords, access tokens or other secrets through ordinary task content or support messages.
Privacy and support
The privacy page explains service data flows and removal boundaries. For account or data-removal requests, follow the account-deletion instructions or contact support@brainfab.com. Terms from your connected host or service also apply to its own handling of your information and access.
